114. Geary's Pale Ale

Pale ales are great session beers, low alcohol content and easy to drink. This one is a fine example of a pale ale with a great copper color, thick white head and a complex aroma with some fruit and almost candylike sweetness. Taste has plenty of malts but is still very well balanced. Overall pretty simple when it comes to taste but most pale ales are.
Pros: Color, aroma
Cons: Simple taste but that is to be expected
Alcohol Content: 4.5% ABV
Calories: ???
IBU (Bitterness): ??

Rating: ★★★☆☆

Brewers Website: Geary's
Brewers Description: Our flagship pale is a classic British pale ale with a nod to the legendary beers of Burton-on-Trent. Copper-colored, dry, clean and crisp with lots of late hope taste in an appetizing complex with ale fruitiness from imported Hampshire yeast.
